Meet the Co-Founders. Jack Frame and Reegan Davies both born and raised by the beach in Exmouth, Devon.
With an existing business that operates globally (JNR Fulfillment ltd) , Jack and Reegan Decided to create Devon Expert Bricklayers
With a passion for delivering excellence, it made sense for Jack and Reegan to combine their efforts into something that contributes to the whole of Devon, and Devon ONLY.

Reegans Story and Background:
- I'm Reegan Davies, and i look after the tech and digital side of things. I've always enjoyed solving problems and finding better ways to do things. I come from an automative background, where i learned how to work with trade partners and keep everything running smoothly
I’m big on delivering a solid service and making sure things work not just on the surface, but behind the scenes too. I’ve got experience in marketing, SEO, building websites, scaling businesses, and understanding what customers actually want.
I like thinking ahead and figuring out how we can improve, whether that’s online or in how we work.
My goal is to help the business grow and thrive.
Jacks Story and Background:
- I'm Jack Frame, born and raised in Exmouth. From a young age, I’ve had a real passion for business and connecting with people. I'm a social person by nature and I’ve always enjoyed building relationships and helping others succeed.
Over the years, I’ve worked across sales, business development, marketing, and various trades. That mix of experience gave me a good understanding of what people need and what they often struggle to find, trustworthy, skilled tradespeople.
That’s why we started this business. We wanted to create a central place for people in Devon to turn to. This is the place where they know they’ll find reliable, local trades professionals they can actually trust.
Our Story

We’re Jack and Reegan, two friends from Exmouth who go way back. We met at school and were always the ones teaming up in business class, bouncing around ideas and thinking about what we could build together. That mindset stuck with us. Stay curious, work hard, and always look for new opportunities.
Over the years, we’ve followed our own paths. Jack through trades, sales, and business development. Reegan through tech, marketing, and the automotive world. Different skills but with the same goal....to do good work and help people along the way.
We started Devon Expert Bricklayers to bring something honest and reliable to our local community — a proper hub where people can find trusted, skilled tradespeople who take pride in what they do. We might be a small team for now but we’re serious about making this a flagship name for Devon.
More than anything, we care. About doing right by our customers, by the tradespeople we work with, and by making our parents proud and building something that reflects the values they taught us. We also want every expert trade we partner we work with to feel proud to be part of what we’re building.
This isn’t just a business to us — it’s personal. We’re here to make a real impact and raise the standard for what people should expect when it comes to finding a Builder / Bricklayer
