Ottery St Mary - West Hill - Garden Steps Repair

This lovely customer approached us with a damaged set of rear garden steps. The top course of bricks was loose and could be a potential hazard for the children that visited, or even herself and others. As you can see from the before and after images, the visual difference is much more aesthetically pleasing. Most importantly, the garden steps were now safe and secure for years to come. Our top bricklayer Dean completed this work in West Hill , Otter. He is adept in core bricklaying and was on time, professional and also friendly. That's what we pride ourselves on. This customer was very happy with the completed work and said she would "Use us in the future" which is always great news.

Pennsylvania - Exeter - Brick Wall Repair

This great customer based in Exeter approached us with a badly cracked brick wall that has definitely seen better days. The bearing load from the neighbouring garden caused this wall to shift and break away. As standard we quickly came out to view the work and provided a competitive estimate for our customer who was more then happy to go ahead with the works. We carefully reduce the neighbouring load and restructured the wall correctly and safely. The brick wall will now last for many years with this repair and also looks new. The wall now runs seamless and won't cause any risk towards health and safety. We made sure to arrive on time and also give full transparency about the work to make sure our customer was confident. This customer called us "amazing" and would use us again in the future if needed. In, out and job done right the first time.

Central Exeter - Internal Chimney Repair

This amazing customer approached us with a vision in mind, to revive and restore their stunning heritage internal chimney, that stood within the middle of their home. The chimney had previously been covered and bricked up. It did not look the best and also wasn't functionable. This customer wanted to strip the chimney of render (which they did themselves) and then open up the centre of the chimney to insert a new wood burner. The brickwork has seen much better days and was in need of some serious TLC. Our trade partner Jordan used lush lime mortar to bed the joints and create a massive difference compared to before. The structure of the chimney was restored with a bespoke steel made to measure. Internal features like these are made to stand out and look great. Our customer believes we helped to achieve exactly that.
